Before work begins, Angel Coast reviews surface drainage, nearby storm drains, water access, recovery requirements and the disposal method authorized for the property and jurisdiction.

- Documented arrival and completion condition
Overnight safety
Work zones are planned around tenants, deliveries, security procedures and pedestrian access. Lighting, cones and slip controls are included in the operating plan.
Vendor documentation
Property-specific onboarding requirements are confirmed before service. Available documentation can include a W-9, certificate of insurance, safety procedures, scope of work and completion report.
Final containment and disposal procedures must be confirmed for each property. Angel Coast does not represent that one method applies to every site.
